Due to the corona virus,, I missed the April tire sale. I talked to the service manager,¹ Dan & he quoted me a discounted price on new 4 new tires. He said the price covered everthing. I purchased the new tires for my car. I misunderstood what the quote was going to cover & was shocked when I was presented with the final bill. I expressed my concern & they called the service manager, Dan, on his day off. Dan explained why the bill was more than the quote & made an adjustment on the invoice. This helped. As I drove home with the newly installed tires, I noticed that car pulled to the right. I called & talked to Dan & he made arrangements for me to bring the car back in & have them double check the alignment. After a second adjustment, I was presented an invoice for the adjustment. I was upset & explained that I had just had new tires installed & this should be covered by the first invoice. The staff notified Dan & he agreed & zeroed out the invoice. On the drive home, it was evident that car was still pulling to the right. I called again, explained the problem to Dan. He made arrangements for me to bring it in a third time. I asked Dan if he could drive it before they serviced it. After driving it, he agreed that it was pulling to the right & drove it right into the shop & asked them to correct the problem. Dan drove it after it was serviced to make sure it was fixed properly. Dan apologized that the alignment was not done properly the first time. He did not bill me for the service to correct the problem. Dan went the extra mile to keep me happy; He took time to listen to my concerns & took action to correct the issues. In the process he saved a customer. Thank you Dan!

We purchased a used Toyota Corolla. Dominic brought it too us to see. It was pretty dirty on outside and hard to determine condition. We made plans to go to dealer. It was cleaner this time and we purchased car. Pretty quick and painless. We did try to just look at a couple other models but they were filthy dirty. It rained 2 days earlier. I’m sure it’s a lot of work to keep a lot of cars clean but should have a high priority!

Jackson Hall did my wife and me a solid when selling us a new 4 Runner TRD Off Road. Located in Omaha, we were able to quickly negotiate the price (on the phone) and arrange for a pick up. Our ask was to be on site no longer than 60 minutes and he over achieved by 20. Finance was quick, efficient and no pressure. The vehicle was detailed, fueled and ready to go, Jackson shared he was a mechanic at this dealership prior to moving to sales and described how Wilson Toyota cares and invests in their most valuable asset - people. He reviewed features we were not familiar with and provided a nice set of vehicle care guides along with the history of the 4 Runner. Can not think of a thing that could have been better for this experience and would highly recommend this dealership. Other personnel on the floor were super friendly and ensured we were being well taken care of!
