We had to have a battery replaced for our Prius. They gave us a loaner, which was very good for us. The next day we locked ourselves out of our home and the loaner car. I was recently in the service area because of what I would call a CALL BACK because I don't feel the problem was taken care of the first time. Parts were replaced and they did turn the fault lights off only for around 3000 miles because the tech didn't spend the time to find the root cause of the problem but as I said earlier it turned the lights off only temporarily because the real reason for them coming on was not taken care of the first time. I have worked in the mechanical field all my life and I know most of the time any more all the maintenance problems involve only replacing parts. Nobody is into actually fining anything anymore so hence just about anyone can be a mechanic or tech or whatever you want to call them because all you need to know is how to plug in an analyzer and keep replacing parts until it turns the light out. Most of the time that's good enough. This time it wasn't. If it weren't for Dan Wolf working there I probably would have been done with your service department because of this recent ordeal.
