For the most part I was pleased with the service at my oil change and tire rotation and my tire repair. There a few things - my tires were rotated and the sheet I got said that the air was checked in all of them and it's obvious that it wasn't because every tire had a different amount of air in it and the range was 10 psi between tires and also one of my caps from the stem of my tire is missing when I got my truck back and they were all matching caps that were nice metal ones. Otherwise the service was good and everyone was very polite in the service center. Thank you.

Came in 4pm Saturday to Ames IA Wilson Toyota for a 5000 mi maintenance aka oil change, tire rotation, inspection. Inspection revealed needs new battery and serpentine belt. "We can replace the battery today but you'll have to bring it back for the serpentine belt. Can you bring it back Monday?" "No because I work in Johnston." "We can give you a loaner." "Can I leave the car here today to be finished Monday, drive the loaner to work Monday, return it and pick up the car Monday after work?" "Yes." Some time later, "We will do the serpentine belt today so you can take your car home today and won't need a loaner." And so it was. Was grateful they took the extra time to get it all done the same day. I think the elapsed time was around 45 minutes.

Everything done in a timely manner; able to book a convenient time, took about 40 minutes to complete. I always drive with lights on automatic so that I have daytime running lights on. I drive on a lot of two lane roads and it is much safer to have them on during the day. The technician turned them off and when I got in the car in the evening, there were no headlights. Warning light on dash told me my headlights were off. Very annoying. It would be a lot safer for everyone if the technicians would leave the light control on automatic and if the owner wants to be unsafe, let them make the change instead of the way you are doing it now. Key fob was not locking car and it was fixed.

Brad Baker was wonderful. I can't say enough good things about him. I visited with him at least 4 times and maybe more in the past year. I could not part with my 2008 Ford Taurus X which had only 73,000 on it. Each visit Brad was so helpful and patient. I never felt any pressure. Brad was the biggest reason that I decided to get my 2019 Toyota Rav 4 over a Honda. After getting the Toyota, Brad has been so much help in every way. After just moving from northern Minnesota, our first encounter with Wilson Toyota was nothing short of awesome! Due to an accident involving our 2018 Toyota we called the Wilson Body Shop and talked with Josh Hetrick. Josh was very accommodating and asked that we bring up the vehicle in the near future to figure an estimate and schedule a repair. After arriving Josh took pictures and said the vehicle would need to be cleaned before he could do a full evaluation. He immediately asked if we wanted to leave the vehicle. He felt that given his knowledge of the damage along with his ability to get parts he could have it back the next day. I was taken aback as to how quickly the body shop could react. I was also surprised when Josh offered me a very nice Toyota loaner until my vehicle was completed. The next day we were called by Josh and told that our vehicle was done. When we arrived at Wilson's we saw that our vehicle was very clean on the outside. I assumed that the cleaning was necessary to complete the repair of both the outer and inner rear bumpers. Although cleaning was necessary for the repair our vehicle was cleaned again both outside and inside! Wilson Toyota and especially Josh went above and beyond to satisfy us. We are very happy to have found one of the best Toyota dealerships in the country! Thank you Wilson and Josh!
